Ed is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He has an "A" team. He met with us and two days later our house was listed (with amazing photos). We were in escrow 4 days later and sold the house for over asking price. Through the whole process he stayed on top of it and made the process seamless. Ed is truly an amazing realtor- not only was he able to manage buying a new home and selling our current home, all with contingencies and complex particularities - but most importantly, we felt prioritized. He always picked up, always answered our texts, and was so quick to send materials or communications. At one point during the thick of it, my husband and I said to each other, “doesn’t it feel like we’re his only client?!” That was truly the best part of working with him because when you’re in the middle of stressful buying/selling deadlines and negotiations and scheduling etc. You want someone who not only knows what they are doing, but cares about your experience. There were moments we had to “place our trust” in him, and we would take those leaps because he really became a trusted and reliable partner in this process. He was always there at any showing, check in, follow up etc. He did a truly amazing job not only marketing our house during a pandemic, but so perfectly priced and marketed that we got multiple offers (starting with the first and third interested buyers - 2/3 rate!) and made records for per sqft price in our area. I could go on but it’s simple, we’ve relied on him for three transactions so far, and I look forward to the next time we need him. Until then, he’s always welcomed to our home as now a friend!!
